Sunrise Design and Construction is run by Daniel Jozefow. Dan began his first business in Junior High School when he ran a paper route for the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Later he earned a history degree in college (Who knows why?) and then begin working in the construction industry during the 1970’s doing home framing and landscaping.

Dan started Sunrise Landscaping in 1980 and in the late 80's expanded his business by building decks and porches for his landscaping customers. The business has continued to develop including room additions and remodeling.

It was during the 1990’s that Dan partnered with brother Mark. They developed their abilities to design and build many kinds of projects. They both worked on the job and gained valuable experience as carpenters and contractors. Not only did they learn how to build something, but they also became extremely knowledgeable about mechanical systems, structural components and the myriad of building products.

Dan is now independently operating Sunrise Construction as full scale remodeler; building many large room additions and doing full scale home makeovers.
